Mr. Shashank Bajpai has over a decade of broad experience in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, and Arbitration Law. He represents both the State and the Centre Governments before various Tribunals, High Courts, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Bajpai has been involved in numerous high-stakes matters for State Governments, Statutory Authorities, Banking Institutions, and PSUs, and is currently on the panel for some of the country’s most prominent institutions. Notably, he has represented various State Governments in high-stake coal mining matters before the Mines Tribunal, achieving significant outcomes against some of India’s largest mining companies. Mr. Bajpai is also appointed as a retainer counsel for several private companies, frequently appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.He has also been appointed as Special Counsel for the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and the Government of Gujarat, representing them before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
